Setup for enquiry management


Setup steps for enquiry management in mbhelpers:–

  1. Like employee management setup you can manage enquiry in two ways (In subgroups or separately).

  2. HereĀ  I am showing you to “Manage Enquiries In subgroups”. Click “Next” button after selecting the option & go to next screen.

  3. Click on “+” button shown in upper screen for adding subgroups & it will open dialog box for adding subgroup. Fill the name and Click on “Add” button.

  4. Repeat Step 3 for adding more subgroups & Click on “Done” button after adding all subgroups.
